Despite erasing a 19-point third quarter deficit, Radivoj Korac fell to Vojvodina, 62-64, in the game of Round 13. Vojvodina trailed just one possesion, 0-2, and took their first double digit lead of the game at 22-12 early in the second period. They extended their lead to 41-24 at the halftime whistle and they were ahead 46-27 in the third quarter. Korac was still down by 47-58 with six minutes to go, but inched iits way back with a 13-2 run to tied at 60 with two minutes left. A pair of free throws by Neda Djuric pushed Vojvodina into the lead 62-60. Korac missed all four field shots through the end of the game and Kristina Topuzovic also was not able to make a pair of free throws. Vojvodina was led by Jovana Popovic (173-G-90), who came off the bench for 24 points and 7 steals, Sandra Boskovic scored 10 points and Natasa Ivancevic grabbed 9 rebounds. Korac shot better from 3-point range (44 percent, 7-16) than from 2-point range (36 percent, 16-45). Mirjana Beronja finished with 14 points, 6 assists and 4 steals and Kristina Topuzovic grabbed 11 rebounds.
