Gecevski
Experienced Todor Gecevski (209-C-77, agency: Interperformances) had a very impressive game in the last round for MZT Skopje and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 20.
The 35-year old center had the game-high 26 points adding seven rebounds for MZT Skopje as his team lost the game against Un.Olimpija (#7, 11-9) 76-87. MZT Skopje moved-up to the 8th position in the Adriatic League . MZT Skopje is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. But it was their 10th lost game this season out of 20 games. In the team's last game Gecevski had a remarkable 87.5% from 2-point range. It's his second year at MZT Skopje and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Gecevski has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (9th best: 13.6ppg) and averages solid 1.3bpg and 60.7% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 22-year old American guard Terrico White (196-G-90) of Radnicki KG. White impressed basketball fans with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Of course he lead Radnicki KG to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Krka (#9, 8-12) 77-52. Radnicki KG's 6th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 12-8 record is not bad and everything may still change. White is a newcomer at Radnicki KG and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 13.9ppg (#7). He also registered 4.8 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was Franko Kastropil (212-C-84) of Zadar (#12). Kastropil scored 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Despite Kastropil's great performance Zadar lost 76-81 to Siroki WWin (7-13). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Zadar not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 13 games, recording just seven victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Kastropil could try to bring Zadar's a little bit higher in the standings. Kastropil has individually a great season in Adriatic League. After 18 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 5.6rpg (8th best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Marko Sutalo (193-G-83) of Siroki WWin - 22 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists
5. Alen Omic (215-C-92) of Un.Olimpija - 16 points and 9 rebounds
6. Igor Rakocevic (191-G-78) of Crvena Zvezda - 22 points and 2 assists
7. Jure Lalic (210-C-86) of Krka - 13 points and 6 rebounds
8. Romeo Travis (201-PF-84) of Zadar - 14 points, 13 rebounds and 2 assists
9. Kiril Nikolovski (210-F/C-88) of MZT Skopje - 17 points and 7 rebounds
10. Srdan Subotic (190-G-80) of KK Split - 18 points, 3 rebounds and 7 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
