KK Split (A1) tabbed 26-year old swingman Ivan Siriscevic (198-87). It is actually his comeback to Split as he played here before. Siriscevic played recently at Zagora (B League). He also played at Redwell Gunners Oberwart (A Bundesliga) in Austrian league earlier this season. In four A Bundesliga games this season he averaged 12.0ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.0apg. The last season Siriscevic played at BC Timisoara (Liga Nationala) in Romanian league. In 38 games last year he had 10.2ppg and 3.3rpg. He helped them to make it to both league and cup finals after they ended regular season as second best team. Siriscevic also played 10 games in Balkan League where he had 11.9ppg, 3.0rpg, 1.1apg and 1.4spg. The previous (10-11) season he played at Kecskemeti (C Division) in Hungarian league. In 31 games that year he had 13.2ppg and 5.0rpg. He can count that season as a very successful as was selected to Eurobasket.com Hungarian League All-Bosmans Team. Among other achievements Siriscevic won Bosnia and Herzegovina League championship title for two years in a row (2009 and 2010). He represented Croatia at the European Championships U20 in Nova Gorica (Slovenia) six years ago. Siriscevic has played previously professionally in Bosnia (HKK Siroki WWin). The Croat shooting guard is a very fast and accurate shooting guard. - Sirsicevic has good size for a shooting guard. He has a great long-distance shot and can drive to the basket. He also has endurance as he plays more minutes than anyone else on his team. He needs to be working a little bit his defence as he improved a lot his scoring ability but his defence is not of high quality.
