Finland keep the perfect record in Group E of the EuroBasket Qualification Round. The Nordic side smashed Albania 95:52 for 5-0 record on top. The latter meanwhile fell at 0-6 record.
Although Albania scored the first two points in the game, Finland grabbed 21:17 at the end of the first period. Moreover Finland added 20-15 in the second frame and Nikkila brought 41:32 at the halftime. The third quarter was decisive in the game and allowed the guests to erupt with 30-9 for 71:41 lead. Muurinen and Kotti scored for 75:43 early in the fourth, while Nikkarinen closed the winning account for the Finnish side.
Shawn Huff (198-SF-84, college: Valparaiso) top-scored for the winners with 23 points and Roope Ahonen (186-G-90, agency: FCM) notched 19. Sasu Salin (190-G-91) delivered 12 points in a winning effort. Endrit Hysenagolli (204-C-88) finished the game with 27 points and Klaudio Ndoja (198-SG-85) scored 12.

An interesting game for SK Tirana (12-1) which hosted in Tirana their biggest opponent Teuta (9-4). First ranked SK Tirana had an easy win 106-58. The game without a history. SK Tirana led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Teuta to just 6 points in second quarter.
