Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Albanians who are currently playing abroad.

Rashaun Broadus
Rashaun Broadus
#1. This week's number one is an experienced international point guard Rashaun Broadus (183-84, agency: Octagon Europe, college: BYU, currently plays in Germany). He could not help SC Rasta Vechta (1-20) to beat Telekom Baskets (12-8). Broadus recorded 8 points and added 5 passes in 18 minutes on the court. SC Rasta Vechta lost 70-77 on the road to the much higher-ranked (#7) Telekom Baskets. It was SC Rasta Vechta's 15th consecutive loss in a row. This year Broadus averages: 5.6ppg, 1.6rpg, 5.6apg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 34.8%, 3FGP: 18.8% and FT: 75.0% in five games he played so far. He is a naturalized American. Broadus is currently a member of the Albanian senior national team. Strangely he has never played in Albania.

Elvisi Dusha
Elvisi Dusha
#2. Second place goes to an international guard Elvisi Dusha (188-94, currently plays in United Kingdom). Dusha was not able to help Plymouth Raiders in their game against Glasgow Rocks (15-5) in the British BBL. He scored 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Plymouth Raiders was defeated 86-75 in Glasgow by the higher-ranked Rocks (#3). It was Plymouth Raiders' third consecutive loss in a row. Dusha's overall stats this season are: 2.0ppg, 1.5rpg, 1.3apg, 2FGP: 25.0%, 3FGP: 28.6%. He has a dual citizenship: Albanian and British. Despite Dusha played previously for the British U20 national team, he is currently a member of the Albanian senior national team.

Franko Bushati
Franko Bushati
#3. The Albanian player who performed third best last week abroad was former international shooting guard Franko Bushati (189-85, agency: Two Points, currently plays in Italy). Bushati was not able to secure a victory for Brescia (9-10) in their game against Armani Milano (16-3) in the Italian Serie A. He recorded only 4 points in 11 minutes. Brescia lost 79-93 in Milano to the leading Armani. This year Bushati averages just 2.5ppg, 2FGP: 44.0%, 3FGP: 25.0% and FT: 53.3% in 19 games. He is another player who holds two passports: Albanian and Italian. Bushati played for the Albanian national team five years ago.

Vildan Mitku
Vildan Mitku
#4. Forward Vildan Mitku (200-83, currently plays in Germany) couldn't help Tuebingen II (7-13) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his good performance the 11th-placed Tuebingen II (7-13) was badly defeated 87-70 at home by the higher-ranked Karlsruhe SC (#6) in the South-West group. Mitku was the second best scorer with 13 points. He also added 7 rebounds and made 2 blocks. It's Mitku's sixth season with the team. Mitku has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 16.6ppg, 7.2rpg, 1.6apg and 1.6spg. Mitku used to play for the Albanian national team back in 2011.

The list of other players, who all have Albanian passport but never been selected to any of Albanian national teams:

#1. Erjon Kastrati (198-SG-94, currently plays in ABA League). He could not help Krka (7-15) to beat MZT Skopje (8-14). Kastrati's contribution was not very remarkable in Sunday's game. He recorded only 3 points. Krka was crushed 89-65 on the road by the higher-ranked MZT Skopje (#11). There are only four games left until the end of the ABA League Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Kastrati's fifth season with the team. Kastrati's overall stats this year are: 3.5ppg, 1.9rpg and 1.1apg. He has a dual citizenship: Kosovan and Albanian.

#2. Shkelzen Bekteshi (185-G-91, currently plays in Germany) was not able to help Kirchheim Knights in their game against ETB Wohnbau (6-18) in the German ProA (second division). Bekteshi scored 9 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 19 minutes. But Kirchheim Knights was edged 93-92 in Essen by the one of league's weakest teams (#15) ETB Wohnbau. It's Bekteshi's seventh season with the team. This year he averages only 0.5ppg in two games he played so far. Bekteshi is another player who holds two passports: Albanian and German.

#3. Klaudio Patani (197-F/C-96, currently plays in Italy) contributed to a 2-point Isernia's victory against the seventh-ranked Matera (11-8) 88-86 in the Italian Serie B (third division) in Sunday night's game. He scored 9 points in 28 minutes. Il Globo Basket Isernia (7-13) is placed 11th in Group D. This year Patani's overall stats are: 9.4ppg, 7.8rpg and 1.1spg in 20 games.
