Elvisi Dusha
#1. This week's number one is an international guard Elvisi Dusha (188-94, currently plays in United Kingdom). He could not help Worcester Wolves (0-1) to beat London Lions (1-0). The bottom-ranked Worcester Wolves was badly defeated 88-72 on the road by the second-ranked London Lions. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.    #2. Second place goes to an international shooting guard Franko Bushati (189-85, agency: Two Points, currently plays in Italy). Bushati managed to help Germani Basket Brescia to win against the league outsider VL Pesaro (0-1) 73-70 in the Italian Serie A last Sunday. He recorded only 2 points. It was his first game for Germani BR this season. His team is placed fifth in the Serie A. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Bushati is another player who holds two passports: Albanian and Italian. He is in the roster of the Albanian senior national team.

Vildan Mitku

Klaudio Patani

#4. Power forward Klaudio Patani (197-96, currently plays in Italy) was not able to help Isernia (0-1) in their last game. Despite Patani's good performance the 14th-placed Isernia (0-1) lost 63-72 at home to the much higher-ranked (#6) Sestu in the Group D. He recorded 10 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 28 minutes.
