Arrat Yerevan adds Amirkhanov to their roster - Aug 29, 2016

Superleague 1 newcomer Arrat Yerevan added to their roster 30-year old Armenian international point guard Amiran Amirkhanov (187-85kg-86). He has played for the last two seasons at Almat.Legion in Kazakhstan D1 league. In 6 games he recorded 5.2ppg, 2.5rpg and 5.2apg in 2014-15 season.
The previous (13-14) season Amirkhanov played at AltajBasket (Superleague) where in 17 games he averaged 3.1ppg and 1.0apg.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted Kazakhstan League All-Domestic Players Team in 2015.
Amirkhanov also represented Armenia at the European Championship for Small Countries in Moldova nineteen years ago. His team won Gold and his stats at that event were 5 games: 4.8ppg, 4.4rpg, Assists-3 (4.4apg).
Amirkhanov has played previously for seven other Russian teams: Unics Kazan, Universitet-Yugra, Severstal, Krasnye Krylya Samara 2nd team, Unics Kazan 2nd team, Dynamo Moscow 2nd team and Krasnye Krylya Samara 2nd team.

Crelan Okapi Aalstar (Euromillions League) agreed terms with 23-year old Armenian international forward Andrew Chrabascz (203-93kg-94). Chrabascz is a dual citizen owning also American passport. He just graduated from Butler (NCAA). Chrabascz has played there for the last four years. In 34 games he had 11.4ppg, 4.6rpg and 3.1apg last season.
