Slovak Republic- Austria 121:38

Slovak Republic destroy Austria in the friendly game between two sides. The Slovakian team celebrated a 121:38 win.
Slovakia started with 36-6 lead and never looked behind after. They added 29-14 in the second period to take 65:20 lead at the halftime. Moreover the second half also belonged to the home side. Slovakia won the third period 23-13 and finished the game with 33-5 in the last stanza.
Romana Vynuchalova (192-C/F-86, college: Penn St.) top-scored for the winners with 16 points, while Klaudia Lukacovicova (193-C-90), Ivana Jalcova (182-G-83) and Timea Sujova (173-G-84) posted 14 each. Cernakova netted 12 and Tetemondova scored 11. Takacs and Plank replied with 7 points in the losing effort and Nora Kampitsch (181-C-88) added 6.

Basket Flames Vienna (AWBL) strengthened their roster with addition of 31-year old Hungarian center Agnes Roth (185-86). It is actually her comeback to Vienna as she has played here before. Roth has played for the last seven seasons at BC Vienna in Austrian AWBL. She also played that season for Basket Flames. The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Roth's team made it to the Austrian Cup final in 2008 and 2015. BK Duchess Klosterneuburg (AWBL) confirmed in their roster 21-year old point guard Lisa Peterschofsky (165-96). She has played there for the last four seasons. She helped them to make it to the semifinals. Peterschofsky played in the final of Austrian AWBL in 2014. Pia Schlemmer agreed terms with BK Duchess - 14 days ago
BK Duchess Klosterneuburg (AWBL) strengthened their roster with addition of 16-year old shooting guard Pia Schlemmer (174-1). The last time (16) she played at Austrian Women U16 National Team in Austrian league. Schlemmer missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball. Schlemmer represented Austria at the European Championships U16 Division B in Oradea (Romania) last year.
