Austria U18 and Slovenia U16 exchange victories. Both teams won the initial game in the preparation campaign. In Game 1 Austria U18 celebrated a 67:62 win. Austria started with 14-8 lead and needed 21-15 in the last stanza to seal the victory. Novakovic top-scored for the winners with 23 points and Fuchs-Robetin added 19. Manca Jelenc (172-PG-96) replied with 15 points and Larisa Ocvirk (184-F-97) scored 13. In Game 2 Slovenia U16 responded with a 79:49 victory. Austria won the first period 22-12, but lost the game by 30 points. Slovenia played very well in the rest of the game and won three quarters. Manca Jelenc paced all the winners with 18 points and Zala Lesek (187-F-97) nailed 12. Novakovic responded with 14 points in the losing effort and Petrak as well as Wagner had 6 each.

Flying Foxes celebrated the seventh AWBL title in a row. They overcame BC Vienna in the third game of the title series to complete the sweep. Elisabeth Pavel (192-C-90) came up with 22 points to lead the winners.

Flying Foxes celebrated the seventh AWBL title in a row. They overcame BC Vienna in the third game of the title series to complete the sweep. Elisabeth Pavel (192-C-90) came up with 22 points to lead the winners. Flying Foxes dominated from the start. They accumulated a 22:13 lead after the opening quarter. Flying Foxes extended their lead to 10 points at halftime 40:30. The hosts went on a stinging rally in the third frame. Flying Foxes ignited a 25:10 spurt to take a 25-point lead at the final break. The home team did not loosen the grasp in the fourth period and raced to the win at the end. Ceira Ricketts (175-G-90, agency: Two Points, college: Arkansas) netted 16 points for the winning team. Sigrid Koizar (173-PG-95) answered with 11 points for BC Vienna. Denise Damian (92) and Agnes Roth (186-F/C-86) had 10 points each in the loss. Petra Steger (177-SG-87) was named the Finals MVP, while Ceira Ricketts grabbed AWBL MVP award.

Georgia De Leeuw (176-G-90) wins the title abroad as her Swedish Norrkoping sweep the series to win 2012/2013 Finals against Solna. Norrkoping won 72:59 in Game 3 and became the Champion.

It was a great evening for American forward Lykendra Johnson who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds. The former international forward Elisabeth Egnell helped adding 20 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was the former international center Katarina Andersson with 12 points and 9 rebounds and Eureka Brooks scored 13 points and 6 rebounds.

BC Vienna stopped the rot in the third term outscoring the visitors but it was too little to change the complexion of the encounter. Flying Foxes regained control in the fourth period and rallied to the win at the end. Elisabeth Pavel (192-C-90) produced 14 points for Flying Foxes. Agnes Roth (186-F/C-86) answered with 21 points for BC Vienna. Pia Zderadicka (174-G/F-91) chipped in 14 points in the losing case. BK Duchess claimed the AWBL Bronze medals in the meantime. They swept the best-of-three series against Basket Flames. BK Duchess earned a 79:75 win in the second game on the road. The visitors led by a single point 34:33 at halftime. They stretched the gap to 3 points at the final break and never looked back en route to the win. Sophia Plank (178-G/F-83) produced 18 points, while Suritsch netted 13 points for BK Duchess. Colin Fuchs-Robetin (189-F-95) answered with 24 points for Basket Flames. Lujza Burianova (171-G-92) chipped in 15 points in defeat.
