Rakocevic
The BC Zepter Vienna and big man Zarko Rakocevic (204-F-84, agency: Interperformances) have finally decided to part ways. Rumours have been around the league for weeks but now the split is official. With just three games left in the first stage of the Austrian Championship Rakocevic left the capital city ball club for good. The center from Montenegro appeared in 15 games for Vienna this season averaging 16.6 ppg along with 6.6 rpg while shooting 56.2% from the field. Rakocevic had trouble with his back troughout the season and fought severe problems from the charity stripe, shooting just 48.8%. Rakocevic also "led" the league in turnovers with 3.3 per game. Rakocevic was far away from dominating the ABL like he did the season before.
