The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Mustangs (11-2) in Villach on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by fifth ranked Raiders (8-5) 84-65. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Mustangs. The game was mostly controlled by Raiders. Mustangs managed to win fourth quarter 18-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Raiders maintains fifth position with 8-5 record. Mustangs at the other side still keep top place with two games lost. Raiders will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Mustangs will play on the road against UBC St. Polten in St.Polten and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Dornbirn. 3rd ranked host Lions (9-4) lost to second ranked Rocks (10-2) 75-67. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Lions. Rocks maintains second position with 10-2 record behind leader Mustangs. Lions at the other side dropped to the fourth place with four games lost. Rocks will play against Flames (#9) in Wien in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Lions will play on the road against KOS (#6) in Klagenfurt and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Bottom-ranked Worthersee Piraten (0-13) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 13th consecutive match to fourth ranked UBC St. Polten (9-3) 76-42 on Sunday evening. UBC St. Polten have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. Loser Worthersee Piraten still closes the standings with 13 games lost. UBC St. Polten will meet at home league's leader Mustangs in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Worthersee Piraten will play against BBU S. (#8) in Salzburg and hopes to get finally their first victory.

In the last two games of round 14 Warriors lost to Flames on the opponent's court 58-73. Timberwolves outscored BBU S. in a home game 95-71.

Flames - Warriors 73-58

Everything could happen in Wien at the game between two tied teams. Both ninth ranked Flames and 10th ranked Warriors had identical 2-9 record. This time Flames used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from 73-58 on Sunday night. The game was mostly controlled by Flames. Warriors managed to win second period 16-8. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Flames maintains ninth position with 3-9 record. Warriors lost eighth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keep the tenth place with ten games lost. Flames will meet league's second-placed Rocks in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Warriors will play against Timberwolves (#7) and hope to secure a win.

Timberwolves - BBU S. 95-71

Everything could happen in Vienna at the game between two tied teams. Both seventh ranked Timberwolves and 8th ranked BBU S. had identical 5-7 record. This time Timberwolves used a home court advantage and smashed the opponent from Salzburg 95-71 on Sunday night. The game was mostly controlled by Timberwolves. BBU S. managed to win third quarter 24-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Timberwolves maintains seventh position with 6-7 record. Loser BBU S. keeps the eighth place with eight games lost. Timberwolves will meet Warriors (#10) in the next round. BBU S. will play against Worthersee Piraten and hope to secure a win.
