An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Wels. Second ranked Gmunden Swans faced one of their biggest challengers Raiffeisen Wels. Guests from Gmunden (13-5) defeated host Raiffeisen Wels (10-7) 93-75. The game was mostly controlled by Gmunden Swans. Raiffeisen Wels managed to win second period 26-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Gmunden Swans made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was international forward Enis Murati (194-88, agency: Octagon Europe) who scored 25 points and 6 rebounds. American-British guard Michael Ojo (195-89, college: Lehigh) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. The former international Davor Lamesic (205-83, agency: Interperformances) produced 19 points and 6 rebounds for the hosts. Gmunden Swans maintains second position with 13-5 record behind leader Oberwart. Raiffeisen Wels at the other side keep the third place with seven games lost. Gmunden Swans are looking forward to face Kapfenberg Bulls (#4) at home in the next round. Raiffeisen Wels will play against the league's leader Redwell Gunners Oberwart and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Kapfenberg Bulls' coach Michael Schrittwieser allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Argentinian-Italian forward Fabricio Vay (207-86, agency: Interperformances) replied with 23 points and 7 rebounds for Arkadia Lions. Kapfenberg Bulls have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 10-8 record. Arkadia Lions at the other side keep the seventh place with 11 games lost. Kapfenberg Bulls will play against league's second-placed Gmunden Swans in Gmunden in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Arkadia Lions will play at home against Furstenfeld Panthers (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last two games of round 20 UBSC Graz were defeated by Furstenfeld in a road game 82-74. Vienna beat Klosterneuburg at home 80-74.

No shocking result in a game in Wien where sixth ranked Vienna (8-10) defeated bottom-ranked Dukes (4-14) 80-74. It looked good early as Dukes took a 3-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Vienna had a 24-14 second period charge getting the lead and Dukes were not able to take back game control losing it eventually 74-80. Vienna forced 19 Dukes turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The former international guard Stjepan Stazic (199-78) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points, 8 assists and 4 steals. Serbian Predrag Miletic (193-84) contributed with 24 points for the winners. Four Vienna players scored in double figures. International center Jozo Rados (208-93) replied with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds and international Romed Vieider (195-91) added 19 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Dukes.
