The game between Top Four teams took place in Wels. One of their biggest challengers host Raiffeisen Wels (10-9) lost to third ranked Kapfenberg Bulls (12-9) 86-68. The guests trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 86-68. Kapfenberg Bulls outrebounded Raiffeisen Wels 39-25 including a 19-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. American power forward Carl Baptiste (208-90, college: Delaware, agency: Diamond Sports) had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and international Filip Kramer (202-92) chipped in 16 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American guard DeJuan Wright (190-88, college: FIU) responded with 12 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Kapfenberg Bulls maintains third position with 12-9 record having two points less than leader Oberwart. Raiffeisen Wels lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with nine games lost. Kapfenberg Bulls are looking forward to face Furstenfeld Panthers (#6) at home in the next round. Raiffeisen Wels will play against Dukes in Klosterneuburg and are hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.
A Bundesliga top team - Redwell Gunners Oberwart (16-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat ninth ranked Dukes (4-16) 84-68. American guard Andell Cumberbatch (196-93, college: St.Bonaventure, agency: Octagon Europe) notched 25 points and 8 rebounds to lead the effort and Chris McNealy supported him with 26 points and 5 rebounds. Even a double-double of 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks by international center Jozo Rados (208-93) did not help to save the game for Dukes. Dukes' coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Defending champion maintains first position with 16-3 record. Dukes lost eighth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 16 games lost. Redwell Gunners Oberwart will play against UBSC Graz (#8) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Dukes will play against Raiffeisen Wels and hope to get back on the winning track.
The game in Furstenfeld was also quite interesting. Second ranked Gmunden Swans (15-6) played at the court of 5th ranked Furstenfeld Panthers (10-11). Gmunden Swans managed to secure a 6-point victory 74-68 on Sunday. Tilo Klette fired 22 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Marko Car produced a double-double by scoring 16 points, 6 rebounds and 12 assists for lost side. Gmunden Swans maintains second position with 15-6 record behind leader Oberwart. Furstenfeld Panthers at the other side dropped to the sixth place with 11 games lost. Gmunden Swans will meet at home Vienna (#5) in the next round. Furstenfeld Panthers will play against Kapfenberg Bulls and hope to secure a win.

In the last game of round 22 Arkadia lost to Vienna on the opponent's court 69-81.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 29 points by Predrag Miletic of Vienna.

Vienna - Arkadia 81-69

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 7th ranked Arkadia Lions' (9-12) road loss to sixth ranked Vienna (10-10) 69-81 on Monday. The game was mostly controlled by Vienna. Arkadia Lions managed to win third quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Serbian Predrag Miletic (193-84) fired 29 points for the winners. The former international guard Stjepan Stazic (199-78) chipped in 17 points and 4 assists. Four Vienna players scored in double figures. The former international forward Florian Trmal (199-89, agency: Dynamics Global Management) produced 18 points and Argentinian-Italian forward Fabricio Vay (207-86, agency: Interperformances) added 5 points and 11 rebounds respectively for lost side. Arkadia Lions' coach tested ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Vienna have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place. Arkadia Lions at the other side keep the seventh position with 12 games lost. Vienna will meet league's second-placed Gmunden Swans in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Arkadia Lions will have a break next round.

Naturalized German power forward Tilo Klette (206-77) fired 22 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American-British guard Michael Ojo (195-89, college: Lehigh) chipped in 15 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Croatian Marko Car (188-85) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points, 6 rebounds and 12 assists and Croatian center Marino Sarlija (207-89) added 12 points and 8 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively for lost side.
