The game between third ranked Lions (10-5) and fifth ranked Raiders (10-5) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. Lions were defeated by Raiders in Dornbirn 82-68. The game was mostly controlled by Raiders. Lions managed to win third quarter 24-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Raiders have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Dragons and Lions. Raiders is looking forward to face BBU S. (#7) in Salzburg in the next round. Lions will play at home against Flames (#9) and are hoping to win this game.
Leader Mustangs delivered the thirteenth victory. This time they crushed 10th ranked Warriors (3-12) 91-49. Mustangs maintains first place with 13-2 record. Newly promoted Warriors keep the tenth position with 12 games lost. Mustangs will play against league's second-placed Rocks in Mattersburg in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Warriors will play on the road against UBC St. Polten (#5) in St.Polten and hope to get back on the winning track.
Bottom-ranked Worthersee Piraten (0-16) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 112-55 loss to second ranked Rocks (12-3) in Mattersburg on Saturday evening. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. Rocks maintains second place with 12-3 record behind leader Mustangs. Worthersee Piraten at the other side still closes the standings. Rocks will meet league's leader Mustangs in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Worthersee Piraten's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Klagenfurt KOS.

UBC St. Polten moved-up to third place, which they share with Lions and Raiders. BBU S. at the other side keeps the seventh position with nine games lost. UBC St. Polten's next round opponent will be Warriors (#10) and are hoping to win another game. BBU S. will play against Raiders in Villach and hope to win that game.
The game in Klagenfurt supposed to be also quite interesting. Sixth ranked Timberwolves (8-8) played at the court of 8th ranked KOS (6-9). Timberwolves smashed KOS 108-84 on Saturday. Timberwolves maintains sixth place with 8-8 record. KOS lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with nine games lost. Timberwolves will have a break next round. KOS's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Klagenfurt to the arena Worthersee Piraten.

Warriors - Mustangs 49-91

Leader Mustangs delivered the thirteenth victory. This time they crushed 10th ranked Warriors (3-12) 91-49. The game was mostly controlled by Mustangs. Warriors was better in second period 22-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Warriors to just 6 points in fourth quarter. Mustangs maintains first place with 13-2 record. Newly promoted Warriors keep the tenth position with 12 games lost. Mustangs will play against league's second-placed Rocks in Mattersburg in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Warriors will play on the road against UBC St. Polten (#5) in St.Polten and hope to get back on the winning track.
