The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season.

The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Mustangs (14-3) in Klagenfurt on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by seventh ranked KOS (8-9) 89-81. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Mustangs. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 56-45 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. KOS moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Timberwolves. Mustangs at the other side still keep top position with three games lost. KOS is looking forward to face league's second-placed UBC St. Polten in St.Polten in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Mustangs will have a break next round.
Very important is a home loss of second ranked Rocks (12-5) against fourth ranked UBC St. Polten (12-5) on Sunday night. Host Rocks were defeated by UBC St. Polten in Mattersburg 69-58. UBC St. Polten have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Rocks. UBC St. Polten will play against KOS (#7) in Klagenfurt in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Rocks will play on the road against BBU S. (#8) in Salzburg and hope to get back on the winning track.
The game in Vienna was also quite interesting. Third ranked Lions (12-5) played at the court of 6th ranked Timberwolves (8-9). Lions did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 76-57 on Saturday. Lions moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Timberwolves keep the sixth position with nine games lost. They share it with KOS. Lions will meet bottom-ranked Worthersee Piraten (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Timberwolves will play against Flames (#9) and hope to secure a win.

In the last two games of round 19 Raiders won against Flames on the opponent's court 80-68. Warriors unfortunately lost to BBU S. in a home game 73-80.

Flames - Raiders 68-80

Very expected game in Wien where 9th ranked Flames (5-11) were defeated by fifth ranked Raiders (12-5) 80-68 on Sunday. The game without a history. Raiders led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Raiders have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Flames keep the ninth position with 11 games lost. Raiders will meet at home Warriors (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Flames will play against Timberwolves in Vienna and hope to secure a win.
