Dequon
Miller
BC Hallmann Vienna has added the first two import players for the upcoming season. The capital city ball club announced the signings of point Guard Dequon Miller (178-G-93, college: Missouri St.) and forward/center Andre Pierce (206-F, college: TCU).

Dequon Miller is set to replace Anthony Clemmons who left Vienna to play for BK Astana in Kazakhstan. Miller has played for the Missouri State University for the last two seasons. He started in 65 of his 68 games for the Bears and averaged 12.7 ppg along with 3.8 apg and 3.0 rpg last season. Miller was an All MVC Honorable Mention in 2016. The new Vienna floor general was also voted All MVC Newcomer of the Year that year as well.

Andre Pierce is coming from Lee College where he played since 2014. He was committed to transfer to TCU this season but opted to turn pro. It's said that he a bunch of offers from Big 12 Colleges as well. He averaged 7.7 ppg and 3.9 rpg in his first JUCO season before sitting out the 15&17 campaign as a redshirt. Last season he posted averages of 9.4 ppg and 5.1 rpg while propelling his FG% from 48.5% to 57.4%.

It will remain interesting if BC Vienna will add other import players. As of now the club is limited to just two imports by the ABL because of licensing issues.
