1.Play with only 3 non-European players, according to the EUROHOLD Balkan League regulations.
2.Their two losses by 20:0 against Rilski Sportist and Lovcen still count.
3.They will have to extend their bank guarantee with 5.000 EURO. If any problem occurs, such as they play again with 4 non-European players, they will be out of the competition, and they won`t receive their deposit back.
4.The Romanian Federation will have to send a letter-guarantee to the EUROHOLD Balkan League, that Gaz Metan will keep the rules and regulations of the BIBL.
As Gaz Metan Medias didn`t fulfil the necessary requirements and their proposal is not acceptable by the Board leads to final disqualification of Gaz Metan Medias from the remainder of the competition. All the results from their games shall be cancelled and their bank deposit shall not be refunded to them.
CS Gaz Metan Medias disregarded the Official Regulations of the EUROHOLD Balkan League, as well as the team playing with 4 (four) American players on the roster on 15.12.2009 against Rilski Sportist, and repeating the action in the last round of the BIBL - on 13.01.2010 against Lovcen Cetinje, as the official score-sheet, the official statistics-sheet and the commissioner`s official game report will showed and proved that.
