Serbian Power forward Milivoje Mijovic (200-PF-91) had a great game in the last round for Kozuv, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 4 (Second Stage).
The 25-year old player had a double-double of 14 points and 13 rebounds, while his team edged out Feni Industries (#7, 2-4) 70-69. Kozuv maintains the 6th position in Balkan League . Kozuv is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. But it was their 3rd lost game this season out of 6 games. Mijovic turned to be Kozuv's top player in his first season with the team. Milivoje Mijovic has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (8th best: 17.5ppg), rebounds (3rd best: 8.6rpg) and averages impressive 62.3% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was 35-year old Radomir Marojevic (207-C-81, agency: BeoExcell) of Teodo Tivat. Marojevic had a very good evening with 24 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Bad luck as Teodo Tivat lost that game 70-75 to Peja (3-3). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Teodo Tivat keeps 10th position. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 3-3 record is not bad and everything may still change. Marojevic is a newcomer at Teodo Tivat, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Teodo Tivat's star - guard Milos Djurisic (194-G-88). Djurisic showcased his all-around game by recording 7 points, ten rebounds and seven assists in the last round. Despite Djurisic's great performance Teodo Tivat lost 70-75 to Peja (3-3). But his team cannot count on just these two top stars as they also need help of the other teammates. The last thing Teodo Tivat needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 3 victories and 3 lost games. Djurisic has a very solid season. In 13 games in Balkan League he scored 11.5ppg. He also has 4.2rpg, 3.8apg and FGP: 63.3%.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Jayon James (198-F/G-92) of Sutjeska - 20 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists
5. Noah Dahlman (201-F-89) of Peja - 11 points, 11 rebounds and 2 assists
6. Sreten Knezevic (205-F/C-94) of Teodo Tivat - 14 points
7. Robert Abramovic (185-PG-88) of Peja - 18 points and 2 rebounds
8. Nikola Djurasovic (197-F-83) of Kozuv - 15 points and 7 rebounds
9. Brandis Raley-Ross (191-G-87) of Beroe - 9 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists
10. Branislav Djekic (209-F/C-91) of Feni Industries - 8 points and 9 rebounds

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
