Peja fired past Kozuv in the opener. The game without a history. Peja led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 24 Kozuv turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Cameron Rundles (188-88, college: Wofford) who helped to win the game recording 19 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Slovenian point guard Robert Abramovic (185-88) contributed with 20 points for the winners. Four Peja players scored in double figures. American point guard Kenyon McNeaill (185-91, college: Louisiana Tech) answered with 27 points and 5 assists and Serbian Milivoje Mijovic (200-91) added 12 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Kozuv.

Feni Industries - Teodo Tivat 100-97

Feni Industries nipped Teodo Tivat for a narrow lead after the opening leg of the quarterfinal series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Teodo Tivat won third quarter 22-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Feni Industries shot the lights out from three sinking 18 long-distance shots on high 51.4 percentage. Croatian guard Matija Ceskovic (192-81) fired 39 points (!!!) and 5 assists for the winners. Serbian power forward Branislav Djekic (209-91) chipped in 18 points and 5 rebounds. Serbian guard Milan Stanojevic (183-86, college: E.Washington, agency: Mansfield and Associates) produced a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 assists and Milos Popovic (197-98) added 25 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Teodo Tivat players scored in double figures.

American Dwayne Benjamin (201-F-93) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's second-best Blokotehna and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 1. The 24-year old forward had the game-high 25 points adding nine rebounds for Blokotehna in his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team SK Tirana (#8, 0-1) with 32-point margin 100-68. The Regular Season in Balkan League just started. The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of FYR Macedonian Kumanovo (0-1) in Sofia on Wednesday night. Visitors were defeated by Bulgarian Levski 2014 (1-0) 85-78. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 27-25. But Kumanovo won second period 19-18.
