Senegalese center Bamba Fall (217-C-86) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked Kalev/Cramo, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 12.
The 26-year old player had a double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds, while his team beat Parnu (#4, 2-4) 73-60. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Kalev/Cramo maintains the 2nd position in Baltic League . They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Kalev/Cramo will need more victories to improve their 5-2 record. It's Fall's second year at Kalev/Cramo and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Bamba Fall averages this season 10.1ppg and 7.1rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was 23-year old Rain Raadik (208-C-89) of Parnu. Raadik had a very good evening with a double-double of 19 points and 15 rebounds. Bad luck as Parnu lost that game 60-73 to slightly higher-ranked Kalev/Cramo (#2, 5-2). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Parnu still maintains its place in the top 4 of the standings, even despite this loss. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 2-4 record. Raadik is a newcomer at Parnu, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.3ppg (#2). He also registered 14.2 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was Lithuanian forward Edgaras Zelionis (207-F-89) of Barsy Atyrau (#3). Zelionis showcased his all-around game by recording 11 points, twelve rebounds (!!!) and four assists in the last round. He was a key player of Barsy Atyrau, leading his team to a 81-73 win against slightly lower-ranked TTU (#5, 1-7). Barsy Atyrau needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 4 victories and 3 lost games. Zelionis has a great season in Baltic League. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 7.4rpg (8th best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Vadim Matyukevych (208-C-80) of Barsy Atyrau - 17 points and 8 rebounds
5. Rannar Raap (188-G/F-92) of Parnu - 17 points and 4 rebounds
6. Zambalist Fredrick (183-G-86) of Barsy Atyrau - 22 points and 3 rebounds
7. Mikhail Evstigneev (201-F/C-84) of Barsy Atyrau - 14 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists
8. Raido Ringmets (206-C/F-83) of Rapla - 19 points and 7 rebounds
9. Edgaras Zelionis (207-F-89) of Barsy Atyrau - 14 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists
10. Illimar Pilk (195-F-88) of Rapla - 12 points, 4 rebounds and 8 assists

The Player of the week is choosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
