The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 24-13. But Sakalai won second period 21-11. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 25 personal fouls committed by Sakalai helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Raimonds Gabrans (185-84) who helped to win the game recording 17 points. Power forward Maris Ziedins (203-90) contributed with 7 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Forward Justas Sinica (203-85) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds and Edvinas Seskus (192-95) added 10 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Sakalai.

The hosts trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 84-75. Senegalese center Bamba Fall (217-86, college: SMU) stepped up and scored 22 points, 9 rebounds and 5 blocks (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winners and guard Tanel Sokk (182-85) chipped in 14 points and 5 assists. At the losing side American center Ryan Olander (213, college: Fairfield, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) responded with 19 points and the other American import guard Parrish Brown (185-84, college: Maryland) scored 13 points and 7 rebounds. The game without a history. TU/Rock led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Sakalai's 34. They outrebounded Sakalai 41-25 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. TU/Rock looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American point guard Justin Ingram (188-85, college: Toledo, agency: Two Points) stepped up and scored 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and guard Rain Veideman (193-91) chipped in 20 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Five TU/Rock players scored in double figures. TU/Rock's coach Gert Kullamae felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Jokubas Gintvainis (191-94) responded with 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and center Ignas Ramasauskas (211-93) scored 12 points and 7 rebounds.

Juventus forced 23 Barsy Atyrau turnovers and had a 32-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 63.2 percentage. Juventus players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Barsy Atyrau was plagued by 33 personal fouls down the stretch. Nevezis Kedainiai (LKL) landed 24-year old American point guard Daiquan Walker (188-84kg-93, college: Cent.Florida). He started the season at Etha in Cypriot Division A. In 14 games he averaged 13.6ppg, 2.9rpg and 3.0apg this season. The previous (12-13) season Walker played at another team Golden Knights in U.S. semi-pro league NCAA1 where in 31 games he had 4.0ppg, 1.9rpg and 1.6apg.
