Very predictable result when ninth ranked JDA Dijon (9-10) rolled over at home bottom-ranked Hyeres-Toulon (2-17) 86-66 on Saturday. JDA Dijon forced 21 Hyeres-Toulon turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Hyeres-Toulon's players. It was an exceptional evening for American swingman Sean Marshall (198-85, college: Boston Coll.) who led the winners and scored 30 points and 4 assists. His fellow American import forward Zach Moss (201-81, college: Mountain St.) accounted for 10 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. JDA Dijon's coach Jean-Louis Borg used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American power forward Thomas Terrell (201-79, college: Georgia St.) came up with 20 points and 4 assists and center Louis Labeyrie (209-92) added 8 points and 11 rebounds respectively for Hyeres-Toulon in the defeat. JDA Dijon moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Roanne. Hyeres-Toulon lost eleventh consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 17 games lost. JDA Dijon will meet league's leader Chalon/Saor on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Hyeres-Toulon will play against the league's second-placed Gravelines-Dunkerque (#2) having rather not much hope for a victory.
