KBL top team - Mobis Phoebus (21-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventh ranked SK Knights (9-14) in Seoul 88-69. Mobis Phoebus shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 54.2 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by SK Knights' players. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Ricardo Ratliffe (203-89, college: Missouri) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international power forward Ji-Hoon Ham (198-84) chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds. Five Mobis Phoebus players scored in double figures. American forward Aaron Haynes (201-81, college: Boise St.) produced 25 points and 9 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and Yeong-jun An added 13 points respectively for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Mobis Phoebus have an impressive series of eleven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 21-3 record. SK Knights lost sixth consecutive game. Defending champion keep the seventh position with 14 games lost. Mobis Phoebus' next round opponent will be league's second-placed ET Land Elephants in Inchon and it will be for sure the game of the week. SK Knights will play on the road against Anyang KGC (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
