Winner League top team - Maccabi T-A (23-6) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat sixth ranked Rishon (14-16) in Tel-Aviv 97-87. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Rishon. Maccabi T-A players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. American-Turkish guard Scottie Wilbekin (188-93, college: Florida, agency: BeoBasket) scored 20 points and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American-Tunisian Michael Roll (198-87, college: UCLA) chipped in 19 points and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) during the contest. Maccabi T-A's coach Giannis Sfairopoulos allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
