Regular Season Round 6: Soleuvre - T71 65-86

LBBL top team - T71 (6-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed twelfth ranked Soleuvre (0-6) in Belvaux 86-65. American guard Jimmie Taylor (193-1994, college: Rider) had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import forward Moses Greenwood (201-1997, college: SE Louisiana) chipped in 18 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Taylor is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four T71 players scored in double figures. T71's coach Jeff Wampach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Davide Grun (-1998) with 26 points and 5 rebounds and the former international Vic Heuschling (198-1996) scored 16 points. T71 have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-0 record. Newly promoted Soleuvre still closes the standings with six games lost. T71 will play against Esch (#5) at home in the next round. Soleuvre will play against Grengewald (#8) in Niederanven and hopes to get finally their first victory.
