Fesenko
Ukrainian Center Kyrylo Fesenko (216-C-86) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked Scandone AV, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 7.
The 30-year old player had a double-double of 25 points and 13 rebounds, while his team beat Juventus (5-2) 85-75. Scandone AV is placed at 2nd position in their group in Basketball Champions League group D. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Scandone AV will need more victories to improve their 5-2 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Fesenko as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Kyrylo Fesenko averages this season 10.9ppg and 6.9rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was 24-year old Montenegrin Nemanja Djurisic (203-PF-92) of Stelmet ZG. Djurisic had a very good evening with a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds. It was enough for Stelmet ZG to edge the higher-ranked AEK Athens (#3, 4-3) 78-75. Stelmet ZG's 7th position in group E has not changed. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 3-4 record. Djurisic is well-known at Stelmet ZG and is a proven leader in his second season with the team.

Third on the list of top players last round was guard Can Mutaf (190-G-91) of league's top team Banvit BK. Mutaf scored 26 points and passed four assists. He was a key player of Banvit BK, leading his team to a 99-82 easy win against the lower-ranked Bakken (#8, 1-6). Banvit BK confirms their top position in group A. Mutaf has a very solid season. In 7 games in Basketball Champions League he scored 10.9ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Javon McCrea (201-F-92) of Maccabi Rishon - 17 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists
5. Walter Hodge (183-PG-86) of ASVEL - 24 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists
6. Keith Clanton (205-C/F-90) of PAOK - 13 points, 13 rebounds and 2 assists

10. Khalid Boukichou (208-C-92) of Oostende - 20 points and 5 rebounds

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
