American Jordan Theodore (182-PG-89) had a great game in the last round for league's second-best Banvit BK and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 27-year old playmaker got a double-double of 16 points and twelve assists, while his team crushed Bakken (#8, 1-13) with 24-point margin 92-68. Banvit BK maintains the 2nd position in their group in Basketball Champions League group A. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Banvit BK will need more victories to improve their 11-3 record. In the team's last game Theodore had a remarkable 55.6% from 2-point range. He turned to be Banvit BK's top player in his first season with the team. Seton Hall University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Theodore is in league's top in points (9th best: 15.2ppg).

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 25-year old Canadian guard Daniel Mullings (188-G-91) of Kataja Basket. Mullings impressed basketball fans with 27 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Bad luck as Kataja Basket lost that game 73-83 to the higher-ranked Pinar Karsiyaka (#2, 9-5). This loss caused Kataja Basket to drop to 7th position in group B. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 6-8 record. Mullings is a newcomer at Kataja Basket and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 15.5ppg (#5). His other stats are also decent: 7.3rpg and 3.6apg.

The third best performed player last round was American Scottie Reynolds (188-PG-87) of Cibona (#6). Reynolds showcased his all-around game by recording 15 points, five rebounds and eleven assists (!!!) in the last round. Despite Reynolds' great performance Cibona lost 71-77 to slightly higher-ranked Oostende (#5, 6-8). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Cibona not to end season at such low position in group D, however are less than slim as they have already lost 9 games, recording just five victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Reynolds could try to bring Cibona's a little bit higher in the standings. Reynolds has individually a great season in Basketball Champions League. After 11 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 6.8apg (3rd best). He also has FGP: 54.5% and 3PT: 44.0%.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Nick Minnerath (207-PF-88) of Avtodor - 28 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists
5. Mouhammadou Jaiteh (208-C-94) of Strasbourg - 16 points and 10 rebounds
6. Milos Borisov (201-G/F-85) of Szolnok - 23 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists
7. Kyrylo Fesenko (216-C-86) of Scandone AV - 14 points and 12 rebounds
8. Adam Hrycaniuk (206-C-84) of Stelmet ZG - 19 points and 10 rebounds
9. Jean Salumu (193-F-90) of Oostende - 16 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists
10. Rolands Freimanis (208-PF-88) of Usak - 23 points and 10 rebounds

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
