Berezina and Minsk-2006 won the Quarterfinal openers in the country. Berezina edged BrGU 63:48 as the game was mostly controlled by Berezina-RCOR. BrGU COR Victoria managed to win fourth quarter 16-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding BrGU COR Victoria to just 4 points in third quarter. They outrebounded BrGU COR Victoria 43-25 including a 33-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Hanna Kalenta (187-C-94) fired a double-double by scoring 12 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Irina Chubkavets (182-G-91) chipped in 20 points and 5 rebounds. Julia Avdeythuk (185-F-88) produced 11 points and 7 rebounds for lost side.
Minsk-2006 meanwhile beat Victoria 87:50. Minsk-2006 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Minsk-2006 outrebounded Victoria-UOR 48-37 including a 39-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists comparing to just 2 passes made by Victoria-UOR's players. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Viktoryia Pantsiukh (185-F-87) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Volha Istseliatsova (189-F/C-88) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Hanna Tsarevich answered with 11 points and 6 rebounds and forward Anastasiya Haryna (185-F-94) added 9 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Victoria-UOR.
