Belarus beat Denmark to tie both records at the U16 European Championship in Division B. The team needed 89:71 victory at the start of the Second Stage in Group G.
Belarus did not waste time and surprisingly started with 31-12 at the end of the first period. Denmark bounced back with 23-17 in the second frame for 48:35 at the halftime. Moreover Kelly reduced to 51:43 and Johannes Nielsen (203-PF-96) made two free throws for 63:55. Makarau closed the third frame at 64:56 and then Belarus pushed the tempo for good in the last stanza. They produced a 25-15 burst to seal the victory.
Uladzislau Kandybovic (190-G-96) top-scored for the winners with 30, while Maksim Salash (203-C-96) collected 26 points and 20 boards. Roman Rubinshteyn (190-PG-96) nailed 10 and Mikita Astapenka (198-C-96) delivered 9. Jakob Ravn (193-G-96) poured in 30 points in the losing effort. Johannes Nielsen had 14, whilst Nicolai Andersen (201-C-96) added 9 points and 12 rebounds.

There will be only one (last) round of the Regular Season in Premier League. An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Mogilev. First ranked COR-Borisfen faced second-best Grodno-93.
