Sweden U20 edge Belarus U20 in Istanbul as both teams finished the campaign. The Scandinavian team won 69:57 and improved to 2-1 record. Turkey U20 meanwhile won Istanbul tournament despite loss in the last game. Russia produced a 54:53 win over the hosts to tie the records at 2-1 for three teams together with Sweden. Due to the better difference Turkey won the tournament, while Russia finished second. Belarus ended up on the last position.
Sweden looked better in the first period and then added 15-8 in the second frame for 36:27 advantage. Moreover the Scandinavian team, won the third quarter 18-11 and did not mind 15-19 in the last stanza.
Fahriya Farhiya Abdi (188-F-92) top-scored for the winners with 22 points, while Ulrica Holmqvist (186-F/C-93) added 11. Ananda Amanda Zahui (190-C-93) notched 8, while Ellen Nystrom (180-G-93) and Josefin Vesterberg (187-F/C-93) delivered 7. Maryia Filonchyk (187-PF-92) poured in 16 points and Aliaksandra Musatava (174-SG-92) had 15.

It is actually her comeback to TSV 1880 Wasserburg as she has played here before. Tarasava is not a newcomer in German League where she played last season at SV Halle Lions in the DBBL.
