Undefeated leader Grodno-93 delivered the eleventh consecutive win on Friday night. This time they crushed 6th ranked Svisloch (2-9) 107-49 in Osipovichi. The game without a history. Grodno-93 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Svisloch's 24. Grodno-93 forced 27 Svisloch turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was point guard Artem Malkov (185-88) who scored 21 points and 4 steals. The former international center Yury Mishukov (205-85) chipped in 17 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Grodno-93's coach Andrei Vasileuka felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Pavel Shuleyko (200-88) who recorded 13 points and 6 rebounds. Undefeated Grodno-93 (11-0) have an impressive 11-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 11 victories in a row. Svisloch at the other side keeps the sixth place with nine games lost. Grodno-93 are looking forward to face Rubon (#3) in Vitebsk in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Svisloch will play on the road against Impuls BGUIR in Minsk and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last two games of round 12 bottom-ranked Borisfen was crushed by Sozh Gomel in a road game 82-59. Rubon smashed Impuls BGUIR at home 73-54.

There was no surprise when 7th ranked Borisfen (1-10) was crushed on the road by second ranked Sozh Gomel (9-2) 82-59 on Friday. The game without a history. Sozh Gomel led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Borisfen's 26. Sozh Gomel forced 23 Borisfen turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Borisfen's players. The best player for the winners was Ukrainian forward Sergei Dadukin (198-83) who scored 21 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Center Pavel Bliznets (210-94) chipped in 22 points and 5 rebounds. Four Sozh Gomel players scored in double figures. Coach Andrey Chvankov's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was Andrei Aheyenka (194-92) who recorded 22 points and 6 rebounds and center Artsiom Sharamet (207-93) added 8 points and 11 rebounds respectively. Sozh Gomel maintains second position with 9-2 record having just two points less than leader Grodno-93. Borisfen lost eighth consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom place with ten games lost. Sozh Gomel will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Borisfen will play at home against Tsmoki-Minsk II (#4) and is hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.

They dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Impuls BGUIR's 28. Rubon forced 28 Impuls BGUIR turnovers. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Dmitri Akulich (190-86) who scored 19 points, 5 assists and 6 steals. Yahor Patupchyk (191-94) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Akulich is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Rubon players scored in double figures. Tsmoki-Minsk (Premier League) confirmed in their roster 29-year old international forward Mikita Meshcharakou (201-104kg-88, college: Wake Forest). He played there last season. COR-Borisfen Mogilev (Premier League) hired 42-year old coach Andrei Krivonos from Tsmoki-Minsk. Krivonos has coached there for the last nine years. He helped them to win the cup. The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Krivonos was voted Eurobasket.com All-Belarusian League Coach of the Year back in 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2013. Xuven Cambados (LEB Silver) landed 26-year old Belarusian center Vladzimir Krysevich (209-110kg-91). He played most recently at BSEU-GrandPrint in Belarusian Premier League.
