An interesting game for Grodno-93 (12-0) which hosted in Grodno 3rd placed Rubon (8-4). Leader Grodno-93 had an easy win 93-63. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Rubon. The game without a history. Grodno-93 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Rubon's 22. Grodno-93 forced 25 Rubon turnovers and outrebounded them 43-23 including a 31-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Kanstantin Yafremov (202-86, agency: Promotex) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 8 rebounds. point guard Artem Malkov (185-88) contributed with 12 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals for the winners. Grodno-93's coach Andrei Vasileuka felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Dimitri Sivalko (199-85) answered with 15 points and 8 rebounds for Rubon. Undefeated Grodno-93 have an impressive series of twelve victories in a row. They maintain first place with 12-0 record. Rubon at the other side keeps the third position with four games lost. Grodno-93 are looking forward to face Impuls BGUIR (#6) in Minsk in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Rubon will play at home against Svisloch in Osipovichi and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Lithuanian forward Ronaldas Rutkauskas (203-92) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and Aliaksandr Semianiuk chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. At the losing side forward Vadzim Haidukevich (193-93) responded with 18 points and 6 rebounds. Tsmoki-Minsk II maintains fourth place with 5-6 record. Borisfen lost their ninth game in a row. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom position with 11 games lost. Tsmoki-Minsk II will play against league's second-placed Sozh Gomel at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Borisfen will have a break next round.

In the last game of round 13 Svisloch beat Impuls BGUIR on the road 89-71.

Impuls BGUIR - Svisloch 71-89

We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when sixth ranked Svisloch (3-9) beat 5th ranked Impuls BGUIR (3-9) in Minsk 89-71. The game without a history. Svisloch led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 21-of-25 charity shots (84.0 percent) during the game. Svisloch forced 20 Impuls BGUIR turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Impuls BGUIR's players. The former international guard Maksim Shustau (188-86) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 assists for the winners and Aliaksandr Hrumiantsau (205-91) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds. Svisloch's coach Andrei Olbrecht allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side forward Yuriy Ignatiev (198-91) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds and Henadziy Zakhar (198-92) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Svisloch moved-up to fifth place, which they share with defeated Impuls BGUIR. Impuls BGUIR lost their third game in a row. Svisloch will play against higher ranked Rubon (#3) in Vitebsk in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Impuls BGUIR will play on the road against the league's leader Grodno-93 and hopes to get back on the winning track.
