#1. This week's number one is an international center Artsiom Parakhouski (210-87, college: Radford, currently plays in Turkey), who plays in the Turkish TBL. He could not help Olin Edirne (3-11) in their last game. Despite Parakhouski's very good performance Olin Edirne was edged 73-72 at home by the higher-ranked (#9) Tofas.
He had a double-double by scoring 22 points and getting 12 rebounds. Parakhouski also added 2 blocks in 36 minutes on the court; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. It was Olin Edirne's fifth consecutive loss in a row.

Veremeenko managed to help Unics Kazan in a victory against the seventh-ranked BC Donetsk (4-6) 74-63 in the VTB United League on Sunday night.
He recorded 5 points in 17 minutes.
Unics Kazan (8-2) is placed first in group A.
It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row.
Veremeenko is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fifth year in Unics Kazan's roster.

In the same time they are regular participant of VTB League, one of the strongest regular league in Europe, so next year Vitali Liutych will play against his previous team Tsmoki-Minsk, which is also member of this tournament. Kalev/Cramo also will play in Eurocup next season and it will be the second appearance in this tournament (the first was in season 2013/2014). The coach of Kalev/Cramo is Alar Varrak, who 8 years stays on this position and is one of creators of Estonian club's success.
