Belarus edge Legion in All Star Game. The local players grabbed a valuable 104:103 win in the fantastic show.
Legion looked better in the first period and took 33:25 lead after the first 10 minutes. Belarus however dominated the court in the second frame and replied with 29-18 in it. Again the teams exchanged the victories in the second half. Legion won the third period 30-22, but then the local players needed a 28-22 surge for the final result.
Igor Konuyshenko top-scored for the winners with 18 points and Aleksandr Kudryavcev netted 17. Aleksandr Semenyuk and Pavel Ulianko followed them with 13 points each. Maxim Kanate answered with 25 points and 10 rebounds in defeat and Tierre Brown (188-G-79, college: McNeese St.) scored 18. Dmitriy Hodov brought 13, whilst Ater Majok (208-F-87, college: Connecticut) added 12.

Tsmoki-Minsk (Premier League) tabbed 23-year old American point guard Sekou Wiggs (193-83kg-94). He just graduated from University of Alaska at Anchorage (NCAA2). He helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in Great Northwest Athletic Conference. They also advanced to the league semifinals.
