The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Minsk: Impuls BGUIR (#5) and BSEU-GrandPrint (#7). Impuls BGUIR (8-7) won against visiting BSEU-GrandPrint (3-16) 87-74. The game was mostly controlled by Impuls BGUIR. BSEU-GrandPrint managed to win third quarter 24-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded BSEU-GrandPrint 45-29 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Impuls BGUIR looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Guard Kiril Volodkin (190-91) scored 22 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Yuriy Ignatev (202-91) chipped in 20 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Impuls BGUIR's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was guard Valentin Nazarov (185-97) with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 13 assists and 6 steals and guard Sergej Vabischevich (190-88) scored 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Impuls BGUIR have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 8-7 record. BSEU-GrandPrint lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 16 games lost.
