Here is the weekly review of the top performing Belarusian players, who play currently abroad.

Tatsiana Likhtarovich
Tatsiana Likhtarovich
#1. This week's number one is an international swingman Tatsiana Likhtarovich (180-88, currently plays in Hungary). She could not help UNI Gyor (13-5) in their last game. Despite Likhtarovich's very good performance UNI Gyor was edged 70-68 on the road by the lower-ranked (#5) Cegledi EKK. She was the top scorer with 20 points. Likhtarovich also added 4 rebounds in 37 minutes on the court. Her team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. It's Likhtarovich's first season with the team. This year Likhtarovich averages: 9.1ppg, 2.4rpg, 1.9apg, 1.7spg, 2FGP: 67.2%(39-58) and FT: 83.8% in 16 games she played so far. Ex-BK Gorizont Minsk player is currently a member of the Belarusian senior national team.

Alexandra Tarasava
Alexandra Tarasava
#2. Second place goes to an international point guard Alexandra Tarasava (171-88, currently plays in Germany). She was the major contributor in a TSV 1880 Wasserburg's victory against the eighth-ranked SV Halle Lions (7-12) 93-80 in the German DBBL last Sunday. Tarasava scored 16 points. TSV 1880 Wasserburg (18-2) is placed first in the DBBL. It was her team's seventh consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Tarasava has relatively good stats this season: 10.3ppg, 1.4rpg, 2.7apg, 1.5spg, 2FGP: 43.6%, 3FGP: 38.7% and FT: 89.7%. She is in the roster of the Belarusian senior national team.

Maryia Filonchyk
Maryia Filonchyk
#3. The Belarusian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international power forward Maryia Filonchyk (189-92, currently plays in Russia). Filonchyk was not able to help Vologda-Chevakata (10-10) in their last game on Sunday. Despite her good performance Vologda-Chevakata was defeated 76-72 in Moscow by the lower-ranked Dynamo (#5). Filonchyk scored 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. Filonchyk's overall stats this season are: 6.3ppg, 3.5rpg, 3FGP: 36.4% and FT: 37.5%. She is also a member of the Belarusian senior national team.

Darya Lipinskaya
Darya Lipinskaya
#4. Shooting guard Darya Lipinskaya (180-93, currently plays in Baltic League) was not able to secure a victory for Rapla KK (2-3) in their game against Tsmoki-Minsk (2-2) in the Baltic League. Lipinskaya scored 8 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 33 minutes. The third-placed Rapla KK (2-3) was badly defeated 67-51 on the opponent's court by the second-ranked Tsmoki-Minsk in the group D of Baltic League. The Second Stage already ended in the Baltic League. This year Lipinskaya's overall stats are: 10.0ppg, 5.3rpg, 1.5apg and 1.5spg in 11 games. She used to play for the Belarusian national team back in 2014.

Zhanna Horodetskaya
Zhanna Horodetskaya
#5. An experienced former international guard Zhanna Horodetskaya (181-79, currently plays in Lithuania) couldn't help Siauliai-Universitetas (6-17) in their game against Fortuna (12-10) in the Lithuanian LMKL. Horodetskaya scored 7 points. Siauliai-Universitetas was crushed 86-58 in Klaipeda by the higher-ranked Fortuna (#4). It was Siauliai-Universitetas' 12th consecutive loss in a row. Her team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is quite important. Horodetskaya's total stats this season are: 6.7ppg, 4.0rpg, 2.0apg and 1.8spg. She has a dual citizenship: Russian and Belarusian. Horodetskaya used to play for the Belarusian national team three years ago.

Katsiaryna Urbanovich
Katsiaryna Urbanovich
#6. Forward Katsiaryna Urbanovich (182-93, currently plays in Lithuania) is a teammate of previously mentioned Zhanna Horodetskaya and both played together in the last Lithuanian LMKL game. Urbanovich couldn't help Siauliai-Universitetas (6-17) in their game against Fortuna (12-10). She cannot count it as her best performance. Urbanovich scored only one point in 37 minutes. Siauliai-Universitetas was crushed 86-58 in Klaipeda by the higher-ranked (#4) Fortuna. This year Urbanovich has relatively solid stats: 10.2ppg, 2.7rpg and 2.4apg in 23 games. She is a former U20 international player as she played for the Belarusian team four years ago.

One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Belarusian passport:

#1. Firuza Bekmetova (202-C-86, currently plays in Russia) led Kazanochka to a victory over the closely-ranked Dynamo NR (8-12) 66-58 in the Russian PBL on Sunday night. Bekmetova was MVP of the game. She scored 14 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 26 minutes. Kazanochka Kazan (6-14) is placed second from the bottom (#10) in the PBL. The Regular Season already ended. This year Bekmetova's overall stats are: 7.4ppg and 4.6rpg in 20 games she played so far. She has a dual citizenship: Belarusian and Russian. Despite Bekmetova's Belarusian passport, she previously played for the Russian U21 national team and is probably not eligible to play for the Belarusian team.
