Sozh-GGU toppled Victoria in the quarterfinal series opener. The game was mostly controlled by Sozh-GGU. Victoria managed to win third quarter 16-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Sozh-GGU dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Victoria's 30. Sozh-GGU forced 25 Victoria turnovers. Forward Yulya Haponava (185-94) fired 21 points for the winners. Center Tatsiana Rebianchuk (186-88) chipped in 12 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists. Point guard Yuliya Vasilevich (165-1) produced 16 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals and forward Yana Haliakova (184-1) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Gorizont fired past Polotsk to gain the lead in the series. The game without a history. Gorizont led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter.
