The Regular Season in Premier League is slowly approaching the end. But there may be still some important changes in the final standings in the last 5 rounds.

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Minsk: BSEU-GrandPrint (#6) and Tsmoki II (#3). Tsmoki II was defeated at home 69-76 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Tsmoki II won third quarter 24-22. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. BSEU-GrandPrint made 22-of-28 free shots (78.6 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was the former international Dmitri Paliashchuk (199-85, agency: Interperformances) who had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Maksim Sazonau (202-96) chipped in 16 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Maksim Liutych (200-97) produced 17 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. Tsmoki II's coach Heorhi Kandrusevich rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. BSEU-GrandPrint (12-18) have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position. Tsmoki II at the other side keeps the third place with ten games lost. BSEU-GrandPrint will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Tsmoki II will play on the road against the league's second-placed COR-Borisfen in Mogilev and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
