COR-Borisfen held off BSEU-GrandPrint to take 1-0 lead. BSEU-GrandPrint was ahead by 2 points at the halftime before a 44-31 second half run of COR-Borisfen. They dominated on the defensive end, holding BSEU-GrandPrint to just 6 points in third quarter. Ukrainian center Maksym Kozlovets (205-90) nailed 22 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side and Andrei Aheyenka (193-92) accounted for 12 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Sergej Vabischevich (191-88) came up with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists and point guard Dmitriy Roslikau (182-95) added 12 points respectively for BSEU-GrandPrint in the defeat.

Vitebsk outlasted Tsmoki II in Game 1 of the series. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Vitebsk made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Tsmoki II turnovers. Naturalized Armenian forward Victor Ovsepyan (204-91) stepped up and scored 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and power forward Anton Vashkevich (203-94) chipped in 17 points and 7 rebounds. At the losing side forward Maksim Liutych (200-97) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Andrey Stavrovskiy (185-97) scored 10 points and 7 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Tsmoki II's coach Heorhi Kandrusevich rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

But then Grodno-93 had a 29-19 second period charge getting the lead and Impuls BGUIR was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 69-87. Grodno-93 forced 25 Impuls BGUIR turnovers. The former international guard Dmitry Kuzmin (196-75) nailed 16 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side and the former international point guard Viachaslau Korzh (195-86) accounted for 15 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals.
