The games at this stage are more interesting as they can be crucial for the final standings in Regular Season. Despite we already know who is stronger and who is weaker, there may be still last minute susprises and upsets. The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with defeat of the leader and favorites losing the games.

The most surprising game was the first loss of undefeated Dexia Namur (17-1) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by tenth ranked Castors Braine (4-15) 71-60. It ended at the same time the 17-game winning streak of Dexia Namur. Castors Braine made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Castors Braine had a 35-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of New Caledonian forward Soana Lucet (186-F-87, college: Arizona) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds. French guard Isis Arrondo (166-89) contributed with 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. The former international center Laurence VanMalderen (192-81, agency: LBM Management) answered with 23 points and 8 rebounds for Dexia Namur. Dexia Namur's coach Daniel Goethals rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Newly promoted Castors Braine maintains tenth place with 4-15 record. Dexia Namur at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost. Castors Braine are looking forward to face higher ranked Sint Kateline Waver (#5) in Sint Katelijne in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Dexia Namur will play on the road against the league's second-placed Kangoeroes-B. (#2) having rather not much hope for a victory.
An interesting game for Kangoeroes-B. (16-3) which played road game in Waregem against 3rd placed Declercq Stortbeton (14-5). Second ranked Kangoeroes-B. managed to get a 8-point victory 63-55. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Declercq Stortbeton. It was a great evening for the former international center Dana Boonen (197-79, college: Rutgers) who led her team to a victory scoring 19 points and 9 rebounds. Lieselot Malfait helped adding 12 points and 6 rebounds. At the losing side the former international forward Nele Deyaert (186-79) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds. Kangoeroes-B. have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 16-3 record behind leader Dexia Namur. Defending champion Declercq Stortbeton keeps the third position with five games lost. They share it with Blue Cats. Kangoeroes-B. will play against league's leader Dexia Namur at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Declercq Stortbeton will play against Blue Cats in Ieper and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Gent supposed to be also quite interesting. Fifth ranked Sint Kateline Waver (13-6) played at the court of 7th ranked Jeugd Gentson (6-12). Sint Kateline Waver smashed Jeugd Gentson 103-74 on Saturday. Sint Kateline Waver maintains fifth place with 13-6 record. Jeugd Gentson lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 12 games lost. Sint Kateline Waver will meet at home Castors Braine (#10) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Jeugd Gentson will play against Basket Groot in Willebroek and hope to secure a win.
The game in Houthalen was also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked Blue Cats (14-5) played at the court of 8th ranked Houthalen (6-13). Blue Cats defeated Houthalen 72-59. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Houthalen. Blue Cats moved-up to third place, which they share with Waregem. Houthalen at the other side keeps the eighth position with 13 games lost. Blue Cats' next round opponent will be Declercq Stortbeton (#3) in Waregem, which may be the game of the day. Houthalen will play on the road against Tulikivi (#11) in Deerlijk.
The game between 11th ranked Tulikivi (3-16) and sixth ranked Point Chaud (11-8) in Deerlijk on Sunday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Sprimont outscored Tulikivi 81-44. It was a very good performance for Mariesa Greene who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds. Point Chaud maintains sixth place with 11-8 record. Tulikivi lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with 16 games lost. Point Chaud will face R.Spirou Monceau (#9) in Charleroi in the next round. Tulikivi will play at home against Houthalen.

In the last game of round 19 bottom-ranked Willebroek was beaten by Spirou Monceau on the road 75-68.

Waregem - Kangoeroes-B. 55-63
An interesting game for Kangoeroes-B. (16-3) which played road game in Waregem against 3rd placed Declercq Stortbeton (14-5). Second ranked Kangoeroes-B. managed to get a 8-point victory 63-55. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Declercq Stortbeton. Declercq Stortbeton was ahead by 3 points at the halftime before a 40-29 second half run of Kangoeroes-B.. It was a great evening for the former international center Dana Boonen (197-79, college: Rutgers) who led her team to a victory scoring 19 points and 9 rebounds. Spirou Monceau - Willebroek 75-68
No shocking result in a game when ninth ranked R.Spirou Monceau (6-13) beat bottom-ranked Basket Groot (3-16) in Charleroi 75-68 on Sunday. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Basket Groot won third quarter 24-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when R.Spirou Monceau won last quarter 23-17. R.Spirou Monceau outrebounded Basket Groot 47-35 including 33 on the defensive glass. It was a very good performance for guard Krystel Ballau (168-84) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. American guard Carrie Myers (180-85, college: Valparaiso) contributed with 14 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Heleen Adams (173-94) answered with 22 points and 8 rebounds and forward Sarah Dochez (181-89) added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Basket Groot. Basket Groot's coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. R.Spirou Monceau moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Houthalen. Basket Groot lost fifth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 16 games lost. R.Spirou Monceau will face higher ranked Point Chaud (#6) in Sprimont in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
