BC Telenet Oostende beat the French representatives in the last two games.
At first the Belgian team overcame BCM Gravelines 94:88. The team led 34:30 midway through the game and had 42:40 at the halftime. BCM Gravelines reduced to 89:86 at the end of the game, but could not come closer. Matt Lojeski (198-G-85, college: Hawaii) top-scored for the winners with 22 points and Dusan Katnic (193-G-89, agency: Beo Basket) had 16.
Later BC Telenet Oostende edged Sluc Nancy 83:76. The Belgian team scored the first 4 points in the game and increased to 26:4 in the start of it. The board showed 48:26 when the teams disappeared in the lockers. Sluc Nancy dominated the second half and reduced to 75:72, but could not win the game. Matt Lojeski paced all the winners with 29 points and Dusan Djordjevic (195-G-83, agency: Beo Basket) nailed 15.

M.Hainaut - Spirou 74-66 M0ns-Hainaut claimed the second straight win over Spirou to step closer to the Ethias League Finals. The hosts trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 19-9 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Belfius Mons-Hainaut forced 20 Spirou Charleroi turnovers. Aalstar keep John Tofi for the next season - May 24, 2013

Okapi Aalstar have extended the contract with John Tofi (203-F/C-84, college: UTEP). The Samoan centre will enter his second straight season with the team. This current season John Tofi notched 12.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game in the EuroChallenge. He also tallies 12.4 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists per appearance in the Ethias League. Previously John Tofi played for Leuven Bears and Pepinster. He was named into All-Belgian League 2nd Team in 2011.    [read more]

Spirou - M.Hainaut 53-64 Mons-Hainaut surprised Spirou away from home to take 1-0 lead in the semifinal series. It looked good early as Spirou Charleroi took an 4-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Belfius Mons-Hainaut had a 16-9 second period charge getting the lead and Spirou Charleroi was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 53-64.
