We bring you last week's top performances from Belgians who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

Beye Tabu-Eboma
Beye Tabu-Eboma
#1. This week's number one is an international shooting guard Beye Tabu-Eboma (184-85, currently plays in Italy). He contributed to Cantu's victory against one of league's weakest teams Air Avellino (2-4) 79-67 in the Italian SerieA in Sunday night's game. Tabu-Eboma scored 9 points, had 11 rebounds and dished 7 assists in 31 minutes on the court. Chebolletta Cantu (4-2) is placed third in the SerieA. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Tabu-Eboma's first year with the team. Tabu-Eboma belongs to league's best passers and is ranked #6 with 3.8apg. He also averaged so far 9.5ppg, 4.2rpg, 2FGP: 56.3%(9-16), 3FGP: 47.6%(10-21) in the six games he played so far. Tabu-Eboma is currently a member of the Belgian senior national team.

Axel Hervelle
Axel Hervelle
#2. Second place goes to an international forward Axel Hervelle (205-83, currently plays in Spain). He contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Unicaja Malaga (4-2) 82-65 in the Spanish ACB last Sunday. Hervelle scored 9 points. Gescrap Bizkaia Bilbao Basket (5-1) is placed second in the ACB. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. But the season just started, so everything may happen. This year Hervelle averages: 6.2ppg, 3.8rpg, 2FGP: 47.1% and FT: 71.4%. He is in the roster of the Belgian senior national team.

Sam Van Rossom
Sam Van Rossom
#3. The Belgian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international point guard Sam Van Rossom (188-86, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish ACB. Van Rossom could not help CAI Zaragoza (3-3) to beat G.Canaria 2014 (4-2). He scored 8 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. CAI Zaragoza was badly defeated 74-56 on the road by the higher-ranked G.Canaria 2014 (#8). It was CAI Zaragoza's third consecutive loss in a row. But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go. Van Rossom's overall stats this season are: 8.8ppg, 3.7rpg, 1.8apg, 1.5spg, 3FGP: 47.4%(9-19). He is also a member of the Belgian senior national team.

Marcus Faison
Marcus Faison
#4. An experienced guard Marcus Faison (196-78, college: Siena, currently plays in Georgia) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Samedicino-Academia (0-3) crushing them 95-45 in a derby game in the Georgian Superleague last Saturday. Faison scored 7 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 24 minutes. BC Armia Tbilisi (2-0) is placed third in the Superleague. Faison has relatively good stats this year: 10.5ppg, 3.5rpg and 3.0apg in the two games. He is a naturalized American. Faison used to play for the Belgian national team last year. He played also for TEC Spirou Charleroi in Belgian league.

Gael Hulsen
Gael Hulsen
#5. Former U20 international swingman Gael Hulsen (193-90, agency: LBM Management, currently plays in United Kingdom), who plays in the British BBL was not able to help the league outsider Liverpool Mersey Tigers (0-7) in their last game. Despite his good performance the bottom-ranked Liverpool Mersey Tigers lost 73-79 in Chester to the higher-ranked (#10) Cheshire Jets. Hulsen scored 14 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 5 assists in 34 minutes. So far Liverpool Mersey Tigers lost all seven games in the Regular Season. This year Hulsen has relatively solid stats: 11.5ppg, 3.3rpg and 3.3apg in the six games. He used to play for the Belgian U20 national team three years ago.

Aleksander Lichodzijewski
Aleksander Lichodzijewski
#6. Center Aleksander Lichodzijewski (202-84, currently plays in Poland) was not able to secure a victory for Polpharma (2-4) in their game against AZS Koszalin (4-2) in the Polish TBL. Lichodzijewski cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones. He scored only 2 points. Polpharma was crushed 86-64 in Koszalin by the higher-ranked AZS Koszalin (#5). It was Polpharma's third consecutive loss in a row. This season Lichodzijewski averages just 1.0ppg. He is a former international player as he played for the Belgian senior team four years ago.

The list of other players, who all have Belgian passport but never been selected to any of Belgian national teams:

#1. Experienced Ryan Hoover (187-PG-74, agency: SportsTalent, college: Notre Dame, currently plays in Italy), who plays in the Italian Lega2 (second division) could not help Fileni BPA Jesi (2-3) in their last game. Despite Hoover's very good performance Fileni BPA Jesi lost 81-88 at home to the much higher-ranked (#3) Novipiu Casale. He was the second best scorer with 18 points. Hoover also added 6 rebounds and dished 7 assists in 32 minutes. But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen. Hoover is ranked seventh on the list of the best passers in the league with 4.0apg. This year his other stats are: 10.4ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.2spg in the five games he played so far. Hoover is a naturalized American. Strangely he has never played in Belgium.

#2. Douglas Tshomba (201-F-83, college: Tusculum, currently plays in France) led JA Vichy to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Quimper UJAP (4-2) crushing them 92-64 in the French NM1 (third division) on Saturday night.
