Buducnost raced to the second win in EuroCup regular season. The Montenegrin team overcame Beglacom Spirou away from home to improve at 2-1 record in Group B. Spirou suffered the third loss in a row at the tournament. Dee Bost (187-G-89, college: Mississippi St.) came up with 13 points to lead well-balanced effort from the visitors.
Buducnost and Spirou stayed close throughout the opening quarter. The teams entered the second frame tied at 14. The visitors pulled ahead in the second quarter. Buducnost accounted for a 33:25 halftime advantage. Spirou failed to threaten the margin in the third quarter. The visitors arrived at the final intermission up by 9 points 52:43. Buducnost limited Spirou at just 10 points in the fourth stanza and escaped with victory at the end. Nikola Ivanovic (190-PG-94, agency: Beo Basket) delivered 11 points, while Gerald Lee (208-C-87, college: ODU) and Cedomir Vitkovac (201-F-82, agency: Beo Basket) added 10 points each in the win. Nikola Jankovic (205-PF-94) answered with 15 points and 8 rebounds for Spirou. Justin Hamilton (190-G-80, college: Florida) netted 10 points and collected 7 rebounds in the loss.

Brussels - Aalstar 75-66 Brussels held off Aalstar to force the decisive fifth game in the series. The game without a history. Basic-Fit Brussels led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. John Tofi extends deal with Aalstar - May 25, 2016

Aalstar and John Tofi(203-C/F-84, college: UTEP, agency: Pensack Sports) agreed on terms of contract renewal. The centre has penned a new two-year deal with the team. John Tofi tallied 15.7 points, 7.2 rebounds per game last season. John Tofi has been playing for Aalstar since 2012. Previously he had stints with Leuven and Pepinster.   [read more]

Vincent Kesteloot left Aalstar - May 25, 2016

21-year old domestic international forward Vincent Kesteloot (201-95, agency: Priority Sports) left Crelan Okapi Aalstar (Scooore League). In 32 games he had 8.5ppg and 2.6rpg this season. Kesteloot played there also last season. In 35 Scooore League games he recorded 3.5ppg and 1.4rpg. He helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league.
