Division I top team - Kangoeroes-B. (13-1) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Blue Cats (2-12) in Ieper 96-58. Kangoeroes-B. made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Kangoeroes-B. especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.9 percentage. International Antonia Delaere (171-94) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points. International Jasmina Rosseel (175-89, college: Drexel) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Bulgarian center Stefka Miteva (190-89) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds for Blue Cats. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kangoeroes-B. have an impressive 11-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 13-1 record. Blue Cats lost fourth consecutive game. Defending champion keep the eleventh place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Houthalen. Kangoeroes-B. are looking forward to face Tulikivi (#10) in Deerlijk in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Blue Cats will play on the road against Basket Groot in Willebroek and are hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.

Jeugd Gentson moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Tulikivi Deerlijk. Basket Groot lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with eight games lost. Jeugd Gentson will play against higher ranked Castors Braine (#6) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Basket Groot will play against Blue Cats in Ieper and hopes to get back on the winning track.
The game between 11th ranked Houthalen (2-12) and third ranked Declercq Stortbeton (11-3) in Houthalen on Saturday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Waregem outscored Houthalen 92-42. Declercq Stortbeton maintains third position with 11-3 record having just two points less than leader Kangoeroes-B. Houthalen at the other side dropped to the bottom place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Blue Cats. Declercq Stortbeton will meet at home Sint Kateline Waver (#4) in the next round. Houthalen will play against R.Spirou Monceau (#8) in Charleroi and hope to secure a win.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 14: Tulikivi Deerlijk was smashed by Sint Katelijne on the road 84-48. Point Chaud won against Castors Braine on its own court 76-70. Spirou Monceau was outscored by Belfius Namur in a road game 78-39.
The most impressive performance of 14th round was 17 points and 12 rebounds by Julie Wojta of Belfius Namur.



Sint Katelijne - Tulikivi Deerlijk 84-48

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Sint Kateline Waver (9-5) crushed 9th ranked Tulikivi (4-10) in Sint Katelijne 84-48 on Sunday. Sint Kateline Waver moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Point Chaud. Tulikivi at the other side keeps the ninth position with ten games lost. They share it with Jeugd Gentson. Sint Kateline Waver will meet higher ranked Declercq Stortbeton (#3) in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Tulikivi will play against the league's leader Kangoeroes-B. (#1) in Boom and hope to secure a win.

Houthalen - Waregem 42-92

Italian Martina Bestagno (189-90) added 17 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. Castors Braine's coach Jean Luc Cornia rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
