An interesting game for Declercq Stortbeton (11-2) which hosted in Waregem 3rd placed Sint Kateline Waver (9-6). Second ranked Declercq Stortbeton had an easy win 88-66. Declercq Stortbeton made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. Declercq Stortbeton outrebounded Sint Kateline Waver 47-32 including 33 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for the former international point guard Marjorie Carpreaux (165-87, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory with 24 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. American Shanavia Dowdell (188-87, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: LBM Management) contributed with 23 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. Center Laure Resimont (185-98) answered with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for Sint Kateline Waver. Declercq Stortbeton have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. They maintain second place with 11-2 record having four points less than leader Castors Braine. Sint Kateline Waver at the other side dropped to the fourth position with six games lost. Declercq Stortbeton are looking forward to face league's leader Castors Braine on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Sint Kateline Waver will play against Houthalen and is hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.

It was a great evening for American center Celeste Trahan-Davis (186-85, college: Elizabeth City, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 22 rebounds and 8 assists. Nikolina Milic helped adding 17 points and 15 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Vanessa Patelli with 18 points. The victory was the fourteenth consecutive win for Castors Braine. Defending champion maintains first place with 14-0 record. R.Spirou Monceau lost their fourth game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 11 games lost. Castors Braine will play against league's second-placed Declercq Stortbeton in Waregem in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. R.Spirou Monceau will play at home against Jeugd Gentson (#11) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Deerlijk was also quite interesting. Sixth ranked Liege (8-5) played at the court of 7th ranked Tulikivi (6-9). Liege defeated Tulikivi 88-77 on Sunday. It was an exceptional evening for Alice Bremer who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. Nele Poffyn came up with 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for Tulikivi in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Liege maintains sixth place with 8-5 record. Loser Tulikivi keeps the seventh position with nine games lost. Liege will meet at home Laarne (#9) in the next round. Tulikivi will play against Kangoeroes in Boom and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 15: Oostende was beaten by Houthalen on the road 58-50. Kangoeroes destroyed Laarne on its own court 92-53. Belfius Namur managed to outperform Jeugd Gentson in a road game 77-59.
The most impressive performance of 15th round was 20 points by Natacha Doppee of Liege.

Deerlijk - Liege 77-88

The game in Deerlijk was also quite interesting. Sixth ranked Liege (8-5) played at the court of 7th ranked Tulikivi (6-9). Liege defeated Tulikivi 88-77 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Liege. Tulikivi managed to win third quarter 19-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 23-of-27 free shots (85.2 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for center Alice Bremer (186-0) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. Point guard Natacha Doppee (168-93, agency: LBM Management) accounted for 20 points for the winning side. Swingman Nele Poffyn (173-91) came up with 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Celine Lemmens (180-95) added 14 points respectively for Tulikivi in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Houthalen - Oostende 58-50

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both ninth ranked Houthalen and 8th ranked KB D-Glas had identical 3-9 record. This time Houthalen used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Oostende 58-50 on Sunday night. Houthalen (4-9) moved-up to eighth place. KB D-Glas lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the tenth position with ten games lost. Houthalen will meet higher ranked Sint Kateline Waver (#4) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. KB D-Glas will play against Belfius Namur (#3) and hope to secure a win.

Castors Braine - Spirou Monceau 123-52

Top Division Women top team - Castors Braine (14-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed twelfth ranked R.Spirou Monceau (1-11) 123-52. The game without a history. Castors Braine led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding R.Spirou Monceau to just 2 points in second quarter. Castors Braine dominated down low during the game scoring 80 of its points in the paint compared to R.Spirou Monceau's 22. Castors Braine forced 32 R.Spirou Monceau turnovers and outrebounded them 52-21 including a 22-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Castors Braine players were unselfish on offense dishing 32 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by R.Spirou Monceau's players. It was a great evening for American center Celeste Trahan-Davis (186-85, college: Elizabeth City, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 22 rebounds and 8 assists. Kangoeroes led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Laarne to just 6 points in second quarter. Kangoeroes made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 22 Laarne turnovers and outrebounded them 39-27 including a 13-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for Heleen Adams (172-94) who led the winners and scored 18 points and 5 rebounds. The former international Jana Raman (185-91) accounted for 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. The former international power forward Anne-Sophie Strubbe (184-90) came up with 10 points and 5 rebounds and forward Ilse Deforche (173-92) added 11 points respectively for Laarne in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kangoeroes maintains fifth place with 8-3 record.
