The game between Top Four teams took place in Braine. Top-ranked host Castors Braine (16-0) smashed their biggest opponent Declercq Stortbeton (11-3) 101-72. It ended at the same time the nine-game winning streak of Declercq Stortbeton. The game without a history. Castors Braine led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Declercq Stortbeton's 38. They outrebounded Declercq Stortbeton 43-29 including a 32-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Castors Braine looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Celeste Trahan-Davis (186-85, college: Elizabeth City, agency: LBM Management) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds and Serbian-Bosnian center Nikolina Milic (191-94, agency: LBM Management) who added 17 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American Shanavia Dowdell (188-87, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: LBM Management) responded with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists. Undefeated Castors Braine have an impressive 16-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 16-0 record. Declercq Stortbeton at the other side keeps the second place with three games lost. Castors Braine are looking forward to face Tulikivi (#7) in Deerlijk in the next round where they are favorite. Declercq Stortbeton will play at home against R.Spirou Monceau (#12) and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.

Defending champion maintains first position with 16-0 record. Loser Liege dropped to the fifth place with six games lost. Castors Braine will meet Tulikivi (#7) in the next round where they are favorite. Liege will play against Belfius Namur and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Fourth ranked Sint Kateline Waver (10-6) crushed at home 8th ranked Houthalen (4-10) by 32 points 88-56, which is the biggest margin this round. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Houthalen. It was a very good performance for Laure Resimont who helped to win the game recording 22 points. Sint Kateline Waver's coach Arvid Diels felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sint Kateline Waver maintains fourth position with 10-6 record. Houthalen at the other side keeps the eighth place with ten games lost. Sint Kateline Waver's next round opponent will be Laarne (#9) on the road where they are favorite. Houthalen will play against Kangoeroes and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last two games of round 16 Belfius Namur destroyed Oostende on the opponent's court 84-56. Liege managed to outperform Laarne in a home game 62-56.
