There will be only one (last) round of the Regular Season in Top Division Women.

The game between Top Four teams took place in Boom. 4th ranked host Kangoeroes (14-4) were smashed by top-ranked Castors Braine (22-0) 126-49. It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Kangoeroes. The game without a history. Castors Braine led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Kangoeroes to just 5 points in first quarter. Castors Braine dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Kangoeroes' 28 and made 24-of-27 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game. Castors Braine forced 23 Kangoeroes turnovers and outrebounded them 41-22 including a 32-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Castors Braine shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 60.0 percentage. Serbian-Bosnian center Nikolina Milic (191-94, agency: LBM Management) scored 29 points and 9 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Kahleah Copper (185-94, college: Rutgers, agency: LBM Management) chipped in 20 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) during the contest. At the losing side Heleen Adams (172-94) responded with 11 points and 5 rebounds. Kangoeroes' coach Gerrit Driessens gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Undefeated Castors Braine have an impressive 22-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 22-0 record. Kangoeroes at the other side dropped to the fifth place with four games lost. Castors Braine are looking forward to face Liege (#6) at home in the next round where they are favorite. Kangoeroes will play against the league's second-placed Declercq Stortbeton in Waregem and are hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
The game in Deerlijk supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked Declercq Stortbeton (18-3) played at the court of 7th ranked Tulikivi (9-12). Declercq Stortbeton smashed Tulikivi 91-62. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Tulikivi. American Shanavia Dowdell (188-87, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: LBM Management) notched a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort and Michala Johnson supported her with 15 points and 6 rebounds. Even 13 points and 6 rebounds by forward Celine Lemmens (180-95) did not help to save the game for Tulikivi. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Declercq Stortbeton have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 18-3 record having five points less than leader Castors Braine. Tulikivi at the other side keeps the seventh place with 12 games lost. Declercq Stortbeton will play against Liege (#6) on the road in the next round. Tulikivi will have a break next round.
The game in Gent was also quite interesting. Third ranked Sint Kateline Waver (16-6) played at the court of 8th ranked Jeugd Gentson (5-16). Sint Kateline Waver managed to secure a 9-point victory 64-55 on Saturday. Sara Leemans fired 25 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Sint Kateline Waver's coach Arvid Diels used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Lut De-Meyer produced 8 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Sint Kateline Waver have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 16-6 record having six points less than leader Castors Braine. Loser Jeugd Gentson keeps the eighth place with 16 games lost. Sint Kateline Waver will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Jeugd Gentson will play against Houthalen (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 22: Liege destroyed Oostende on the opponent's court 66-31. Belfius Namur outscored Laarne in a home game 91-62. Spirou Monceau managed to beat Houthalen on the road 70-61. Waregem crushed Laarne on its own court 86-51.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 14 points and 13 rebounds by Lara Gaspar of Waregem.

Oostende - Liege 31-66

Very expected game in Oostende where 12th ranked KB D-Glas (3-18) were crushed by sixth ranked Liege (12-10) 66-31 on Sunday. The game without a history. Liege led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding KB D-Glas to just 3 points in first quarter and to 14 points in first half. Liege held KB D-Glas to an opponent 18.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 41.3 percent accuracy of the winners. Liege forced 26 KB D-Glas turnovers.
