Pape Badji
24-year old power forward Pape Badji (208-F/C-92) had a very impressive game in the last round for Kangoeroes and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 25.
He had a double-double of 24 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat Limburg United (#6, 12-13) 98-91. Kangoeroes maintains the 4th position in Belgian league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Kangoeroes will need more victories to improve their 14-11 record. Badji turned to be Kangoeroes' top player in his first season with the team. Badji has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (8th best: 6.5rpg) and averages solid 58.2% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Codi Miller-McIntyre (190-G-94) of Leuven. He is American guard in his first season at Leuven. In the last game Miller-McIntyre recorded impressive double-double of 20 points and 11 assists. Of course Leuven cruised to a 90-79 relatively comfortable win over slightly higher-ranked Spirou (#7, 11-13). Leuven's 9th position in the standings has not changed. 18 lost games are too many comparing to just seven victories Leuven managed to get this year. Miller-McIntyre is a newcomer at Leuven and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Ryan Anderson (206-F-92) of league's second-best Antwerp. Anderson showcased his all-around game by recording 17 points, fifteen rebounds (!!!) and four assists in the last round. Despite Anderson's great performance Antwerp lost 61-67 to #3 ranked Brussels. But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing Antwerp needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 17 victories and 8 lost games. Anderson has a great season in Belgium. After 19 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 8.1rpg (#1 in league) and assists with 1.4apg (8th best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Terrance Henry (206-F-89) of Kangoeroes - 22 points and 6 rebounds
5. Dusan Djordjevic (193-G-83) of Oostende - 18 points and 9 assists
6. Quincy Taylor (194-G/F-82) of Aalstar - 19 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists
7. Lionel Bosco (175-PG-81) of Mons-Hainaut - 16 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists
8. Seth Tuttle (203-F-92) of Limburg United - 21 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists
9. Ioann Iarochevitch (207-F/C-89) of Spirou - 11 points and 9 rebounds
10. Brandon Ubel (209-F/C-91) of Brussels - 15 points and 7 rebounds

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
