There will be only one (last) round of the Regular Season in Top Division I.

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Oxaco as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Oxaco defeated 13th ranked Ekeren in Boechout 74-67. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Ekeren won fourth quarter 18-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Ekeren 40-24 including 29 on the defensive glass. Guard Nick Celis (196-88) had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Sam Van-Hoey (190-91) chipped in 14 points during the contest. Center Pieter De-Cock (198-93) responded with 17 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Oxaco (19-6) have an impressive five-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Gent Hawks. Ekeren lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the thirteenth place with 18 games lost. They share the position with RPC Anderlecht. Ekeren will play next round against strong Gent Hawks trying to get back on the winning streak. Oxaco will try to continue on its current victory against tenth ranked Ninane at home.
Leading Gent Hawks (19-6) recorded its sixth loss at the home court. Hosts were edged by sixth ranked Soba (13-12) 78-76. Forward Dries Bogaerts (200-86) notched 21 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and Kenneth van-Kempen supported him with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Even 24 points by guard Laurent Lhote (182-84) did not help to save the game for Gent Hawks. Soba maintains sixth position with 13-12 record. Gent Hawks at the other side still keep top place with six games lost. They share the position with Oxaco. Soba will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Gent Hawks will play on the road against Ekeren and hope to get back on the winning track.
Very important is a road loss of third ranked Gembo BBC (18-7) against fourth ranked Waregem (18-7) on Saturday night. Visiting Gembo BBC was defeated by Waregem in Waregem 96-79. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Gembo BBC. The best player for the winners was Brecht Guillemyn who scored 27 points. Waregem's coach Olivier Foucart used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Eli Van-Aken produced 15 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. Waregem have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with defeated Gembo BBC.
Houthalen (#5) was upset in Brussels by eighth ranked Royal Brussels 78-65. Rochdi Benzouien orchestrated the victory by scoring 7 points and 12 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Royal Brussels have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place. Houthalen at the other side keeps the fifth position with 11 games lost. Royal Brussels will have a break next round. Houthalen will play at home against Ieper (#12) and hope to win that game.

Ieper will face higher ranked Houthalen (#5) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.

In the last two games of round 26 Melsele destroyed Ninane on the opponent's court 84-63. Giants B managed to outperform Gistel Oostende in a home game 103-99.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 24 points by Bart Maesen of Houthalen.

Royal Brussels - Houthalen 78-65

Houthalen (#5) was upset in Brussels by eighth ranked Royal Brussels 78-65. It looked good early as Houthalen took a 2-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Royal Brussels had a 18-9 second period charge getting the lead and Houthalen was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 65-78. Point guard Rochdi Benzouien (184-96, agency: Promotex) orchestrated the victory by scoring 7 points and 12 rebounds. Forward Thomas Creppy (197-90) contributed with 10 points and 5 assists for the winners. Forward Bart Maesen (198-89) replied with 24 points and M Miayingwamoa added 9 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Houthalen. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Royal Brussels have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place. Twelfth ranked Ieper (9-17) crushed at home 14th ranked RPC Anderlecht (6-18) by 28 points 78-50, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. The game was mostly controlled by Ieper. RPC Anderlecht was better in third quarter 18-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding RPC Anderlecht to just 4 points in first quarter. Ieper forced 19 RPC Anderlecht turnovers and had a 36-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. Forward Ruben Luyten (195-91) scored 28 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Spanish center Malick Fall (211-92) chipped in 14 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Forward Dries Bogaerts (200-86) notched 21 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and Dutch center Kenneth van-Kempen (207-87, college: Ohio, agency: Court Side) supported him with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Melsele led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Melsele outrebounded Ninane 39-27 including 30 on the defensive glass. Dutch power forward Patrick Hilliman (206-82, college: High Point) scored 26 points and 8 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Ivan Perez (185-90) chipped in 10 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists during the contest. Four Melsele players scored in double figures. The former international power forward Francois Lhoest (196-85) responded with 18 points and 8 rebounds and Romain Fassotte (190-91) scored 13 points and 8 rebounds.
