The Regular Season in Euromillions League is slowly approaching the end. But there may be still some important changes in the final standings in the last 6 rounds.

The most important game in the last round took place in Antwerp between third ranked Antwerp Giants (19-11) and eighth ranked Belfius Mons-Hainaut (13-17) on Wednesday night. Antwerp Giants were defeated by Belfius Mons-Hainaut in a tough game at home 80-85. 24 personal fouls committed by Antwerp Giants helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American guard Tre Demps (188-93, college: Northwestern) who scored 30 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Swingman Idris Lasisi (188-88, college: Whitworth) chipped in 11 points and 6 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Mike Smith (198-87, college: E.Tenn.St., agency: Inception Sports) who recorded 17 points and 7 rebounds. Belfius Mons-Hainaut maintains eighth position with 13-17 record. Antwerp Giants at the other side dropped to the second place with 11 games lost. Belfius Mons-Hainaut are looking forward to face higher ranked Basic-Fit Brussels (#3) at home in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Antwerp Giants will play against Liege Basket and are hoping to win this game.

It was a good game for international forward Pierre-Antoine Gillet (201-91) who led his team to a victory with 8 points and 9 rebounds. Corey Walden contributed with 12 points for the winners. Oostende's coach Dario Gjergja allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. American swingman Chris Dowe (193-91, college: Bellarmine) replied with 11 points and 5 rebounds for Basic-Fit Brussels. Defending champion maintains first position with 24-5 record. Basic-Fit Brussels at the other side keep the third place with 11 games lost. Oostende will play against Leuven Bears (#9) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Basic-Fit Brussels will play against Spirou Charleroi (#7) and hope to get back on the winning track.

Kangoeroes will play against Leuven Bears and hope to secure a win.
Tenth-ranked Liege Basket (6-25) made lots of trouble for fifth ranked Okapi Aalstar (16-15). The visitors from Aalstar managed to secure only three-point victory 86-83. However their fans expected much easier game. Bill Amis notched 15 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort. Okapi Aalstar's coach Steve Ibens used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Okapi Aalstar maintains fifth position with 16-15 record. Liege Basket lost fourteenth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 25 lost games. Okapi Aalstar's next round opponent will be Spirou Charleroi (#7) at home. Liege Basket will play against the league's second-placed Antwerp Giants and hope to win that game.

In the last two games of round 30 Antwerp defeated Leuven in a road game 84-80. Limburg United beat Spirou at home 82-66.

Brussels - Oostende 53-58

An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Brussels. First ranked Oostende faced 3rd ranked Basic-Fit Brussels. Guests from Oostende (24-5) defeated host Basic-Fit Brussels (18-11) 58-53. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Basic-Fit Brussels. They outrebounded Basic-Fit Brussels 38-26 including 30 on the defensive glass. There was no surprise when 9th ranked Leuven Bears (9-20) were defeated at home by third ranked Antwerp Giants (19-11) 84-80. They made 22-of-24 charity shots (91.7 percent) during the game. Swingman Jorn Van Hooydonk (193-97) notched 18 points and 6 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) to lead the effort and American forward Ryan Anderson (206-92, college: Arizona) supported him with 11 points and 12 rebounds. Five Antwerp Giants players scored in double figures. Even 24 points (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) by American guard Codi Miller-McIntyre (190-94, college: Wake Forest) did not help to save the game for Leuven Bears. Australian swingman Clint Steindl (200-89, college: St.Mary's, CA) added 17 points. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Antwerp Giants moved-up to second place. Leuven Bears at the other side keep the ninth position with 20 games lost. Antwerp Giants' next round opponent will be bottom-ranked Liege Basket (#10) in Liege and are hoping to win another game. betFIRST Liege Basket (Euromillions League) inked 26-year old American guard Tyler Larson (190-86kg-91, college: S.Dakota). He played most recently at Barons Riga in Latvian LBL league.
